• Organizer: The organization that plans and operates the Camp.
• Camp: The English camp program provided by the Organizer.
• Applicant: A person wishing to participate in the Camp and their guardian.
• Participant: A person whose participation has been approved by the Organizer.
• Registration Information: Name, contact details, and other information provided at the time of application.

1. Applicants shall complete the required information using the method designated by the Organizer and submit their application after agreeing to these Terms.
2. The participation contract is formed when the Organizer confirms the application and approves participation.
3. If the application contains false information, errors, or omissions, the Organizer may refuse or revoke approval even after it has been granted.

1. The participation fee shall be the amount separately determined by the Organizer.
2. Payment is accepted by bank transfer or credit card and must be made within 5 days of application.
3. Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the participant.
4. If payment is not confirmed by the deadline, the Organizer may void the application.

1. If a participant wishes to cancel, please contact the Organizer promptly.
2. Cancellation fees apply for participant-initiated cancellations (including illness):

1. The Organizer will take necessary measures to ensure participants can safely attend the Camp.
2. Program content and schedules may be modified due to weather, traffic, facility conditions, or other unavoidable circumstances.
3. Participants must follow the instructions and rules of the Organizer and staff.

1. The Camp may be cancelled or modified in whole or in part due to weather, natural disasters, infectious diseases, government requests, or other unavoidable circumstances.
2. In the event of cancellation, the Organizer will notify participants as early as possible.

1. The Organizer will properly manage personal information obtained through camp applications and operations.
2. The handling of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy on this page.

The Company may collect the following personal information:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Address
• Child's age, grade, and other application information
• Other information provided at the time of application or inquiry

Personal information collected will be used for the following purposes:

• Camp operations and participant management
• Communication, invoicing, and payment confirmation
• Emergency contact
• Responding to inquiries
• Improving our services

The Company will implement appropriate security measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or falsification of personal information.

We will not provide personal information to third parties without the individual's consent, except as required by law.
